Незнам колку сте запознаети со терминот глобален град...

A global city (also called world city or sometimes alpha city or world center) is a city deemed to be an important node point in the global economic system. The concept comes from geographyand urban studies and rests on the idea that globalization can be understood as largely created, facilitated and enacted in strategic geographic locales according to a hierarchy of importance to the operation of the global system of finance and trade.

...и рангирањата кои потекнуваат од оваа дефиниција.

Иако дефиницијата го потенцира економското значење на градовите, сепак се работи за рангирање на светските центри на моќ во поширока смисла.

Така главните параметри според кои се врши категоризацијата се следниве (повторно цитирани за да не преведувам)

Рангирањето се врши во повеќе категории (Алфа, Бета, Гама.... со повеќе градации помеѓу).

Во прилог е комплетната листа во која се наоѓа и Скопје (макар во последнит ешалон). Од регионот највисоко котираат природно Атина и Истанбул (Алфа- градови), потоа Софија (Бета - град), Загреб (Гама+), Љубљана (Гама), Белград (High Sufficiency), Скопје (Sufficiency).

Сарајево, Тирана и Приштина не се рангирани а колку што јас можам да видам го нема ниту Солун.

Според мене, листата убаво го отсликува регионот, иако Белград е потценет, но сепак и листата е од 2008 година (а параметрите врз кои ја втемелиле веројатно и постари), така да тоа е логично.



Како вие ја гледате иднината на Скопје на глобално ниво? Кои се неговите максимални дострели? На кои начини и до каде може да го прошири и утврди своето влијание? Каква е иднината на нашите регионални конкуренти, во кои делови сме ривали а во кои делови сме комплементарни? Дали во моментов воопшто работиме нешто на ова поле и дали сме воопшто свесни за потребата на зацрвстување на позицијата на градот или сме комплетно обземени сами со себе во нашата паралелна вселена? Дали воопшто некогаш сме размислувале во овој правец или Скопје случајно го добило значењето кое го добило?
