Samo kolku za informacija, vo germanija ima tri vakvi lanci na golemi marketi za gradezhni materijali, sekakov vid na alat i oprema za gradini. Tie se Praktiker, OBI i Bauhaus.

Пред неколку броја на капитал, имаше текст во кој се најавуваше отварањето на првиот Mr.Bricolage во Македонија во склоп на некој си нов објект кој ќе го гради Скопски пазар, на улица Перо Наков. Ако успеам да го најдам по дома, ќе го сликнам и ќе постирам.

Навистина, колку трговски центри се изградија во Софија или пак се градат, мене сеуште не ми е јасно.... Во секој случај, супер, подршка од мене, само така продолжете напред...

Dokolko znam naiskoro vreme ke pochne izgradbata na uste edin Mall vo blizost so IKEA na sofiiskata obikolnica na istata grupirovka koja gradi i IKEA

Momentalno sa izgradeni i deistvat 5(pet) molove. Vo izgradba sa 2(dva) ,i ima planove vo blizko budeshte za uste 2 mola

Ова е линк за изградбата на еден од најконтроверзните шопинг центри во Загреб. За овој имаше масовни протести, апсење уште пред некоја година коа почна да се гради. И на отворањето имаше момци кои се обидоа да ја стопираат работата на центарот. Наравно најголем дел од загрепчани беа да си купат нешто. Ова треба да е за пример и кај нас ако нешто стварно не чини да се организираат протести. Никогаш не се знае, можда кај нас би успеале.

БЕЛГРАД „Лидл“ доаѓа во Србија?

Германскиот синџир на дисконтни маркети „Лидл“ обезбедил локација за објект, што планира да го отвори во Нови Сад, објави новосадскиот весник „Дневник“.
 
Градските власти официјално не ја потврдуваат оваа информација, но не негираат дека претставници на германската компанија биле на состанок кај нив, при што се разговарало и на таа тема.

Неофицијално се додава дека „Лидл“ добил локација на излезот од градот, но и дека тоа нема да биде единствениот објект што планира да го гради во Нови Сад.

„Лидл“ кон крајот на изминатата година регистрираше фирма во Србија со основачки капитал од 20.000 евра и соопшти дека ги разгледува условите и можностите за инвестирање во Србија, пренесе Б92.

Таканаречените хард-дисконти нудат роба по намалени цени, така што набавуваат помал број на артикли, но во огромни количини за што добиваат поволни услови.

Bulgaria's 1st Open Air Mall to Be Built in Burgas

The Strand is supposed to be the first open air mall in Bulgaria.

The Black Sea city of Burgas will feature Bulgaria's first "open-air mall" as the shopping mall project dating back to 2008-2009 will be unfrozen.

"The Strand" shopping mall in Burgas is designed as an open air mall with stores and restaurants arranged around a racetrack 'High Street'.

The EUR 40 M project got its construction permit in 2009 but its construction was put off. Its ground-breaking ceremony is now scheduled for June 29, 2011, announced on Friday ZBS, one of the investors, as cited by Bulgarian media.

The Strand complex will be located in the outskirts of Burgas near the exit for the Trakiya Highway. It is expected to be completed in the summer of 2012, the same year when the Trakiya Highway linking Sofia and Burgas is supposed to be fully ready.

The open-air mall will feature 100 commercial spots and a parking lot with 750 spots. Its all-out built-up area will be 60 000 square meters, and its commercial space – 30 000, some 35% of which will be occupied by entertainment venues, a cinema complex and restaurants.

According to investor ZBS, 44% of the commercial space has already been leased or reserved.

ZBS Ltd, an investment manager and property developer with British participation, is the major investor in "The Strand." The investment includes own funds and mezzanine funding expected to come from British investors, and a bank loan from Corporate Commercial Bank.

Eurobuilding Engineering, a Bulgarian construction company set up in 2005, has been selected to build "The Strand".

Магазинът у нас ще бъде с площ от 30 хил. кв. м, от които 25 хил. кв. м ще бъдат търговската част, включително зоната за складиране и самообслужване, където клиентите ще могат сами да вземат мебелите, които преди това са избрали в шоурума.

H&M влиза в България, първият магазин отворя през март 2012г.



Hennes & Mauritz AB (H&M) ще отвори първия си магазин в България през март 2012 г. От компанията съобщиха днес, че са подписали договор. Магазинът ще се намира в The Mall в София.

"Това е естествена стъпка в нашата стратагия за експанзия. Ще можем да предложим и на българските потребители възможност да купуват модерно и качествено на най-добра цена. Виждаме много голям потенциал за развитие в страната", коментира Карл-Йохан Персон, главен изпълнителен директор на H&M.

В съобщението се казва, че магазинът ще е разположен на 2 етажа на 2200 кв.м.

Fourlis want to open 2 new IKEA stores in Bulgaria, one between Varna and Burgas, and another between Plovdiv and Stara Zagora.
