Нов проект кој треба да се реализира некаде во Скопје не е наведена точна локација според катноста во некој дел каде е дозволено П+7+Пк
.... Ова е планирано за во Ѓорче Петров

Нов проект во Ѓорче
SP Residence Residential Building in Gjorce Petrov, Skopje. The building consist of 40 apartments with different typologies, derived from the cascading volume. The dynamic volume followed by different materials turns it into a reference point for the area where it is located. The project aims to create diverse living conditions with proximity to green open spaces, well-being and a strong sense of community.

Residential building 1.4 PARK On contrary of what we are used to see with residential concepts, where everything happens in the lower floors, with this proposal project we tried to make the top of the building a focal point, a visual attraction and a landmark building, where different elements, forms and functions are composed in a way to create a dynamic environment with green roof terraces, adrenaline sky stairs which connect the terraces, duplex apartments and extraordinary penthouses.
