Hey Miki.
All I can tell you that there hasn't been virtually any land development along the bypass road so far. No gas stations, no retail outlets, no light industry, no logistical centers, no warehouses for now. Most of such developments for now is concentrated on the eastern entrance of the city. |

While it is true that the ring road surroundings is not developed yet at all, it is not only the eastern entrance of the city which is developing as an industrial zone. Actually, the biggest growth in the last 5 years has been along the northern exit (towards Kosovo) where virtually a whole industrial zone has been built in the last few years. This zone stretches almost up to the ring road, so potentially its intersection might be quite attractive for development.

I got you a 100+ pages enviromental impact report for a large (269 ha) industrial/services/commercial zone exactly near Cento and Stajkovci. The zone is planned along the Skopje Northern Bypass, between the Hipodrom and Singelic interchanges. The report has all kinds of information, so I hope it might be of some use to you. I wasn't able to find anything else (we also depend on the same sources e.g. central governmet or local authorities, so it's pretty much the same for us when we try to find some info) Here's the report: http://www.build.mk/docs/users/cloverstack/INDUSTRIJA/Izvestaj za UP zona Hipodrom-Singelic.pdf Поздрав! mikidee, I know how frustrating it can be to try to get something done with our incompetent bureaucracy
Perhaps if the investment is significant enough, you can try contacting these guys: http://www.investinmacedonia.org Maybe they can make something happen... I don't have any other ideas, sorry Maybe someone else will come up with one |
