Planet Complex - Сарај

The Planet Complex has passed all administrative procedures and received all permits from the relevant institutions.
Works for the first phase of infrastructure prep are expected to begin in a month, and then to start building houses.
Home construction works are planned to be built in stages, and depending on the dynamics of construction the project will be completed too.
This complex type will be the first in the municipality of Saraj, but also on the state level.
The investment value of the 'Planet Complex' is about 30 million euros. There will be 140 houses and 6 types of houses in the 'Planet'. During the entire urban planning period, the ideator along with the working team has taken care of this area preserving nature.
The neighborhood lies on an area of 150.000 square meters of land space, of which only 25 % will be used for construction, including roads and parking of complexes inside the residence, while the other part remains green, but since near the residence has included an extra 50.000 square meters park, which is provided to the residence, where there will be seat running trails, recreation fountains, children's playgrounds and outdoor fitness. The other characteristic of this neighborhood is that its location is located between two rivers, the Vardar River and Treska, while the position of each object will have a look at the Matka Canyon.
The motto of this neighborhood according to the ideator remains to the end, ′′ THE MAIN GOAL IN LIFE IS TO ENJOY IT..

Officially today works started in the ′′ Complex Planet ′′ neighborhood in Saraj, Skopje. Project partners, ideator Valdeta Kasapi, businessmen Xhemil Shabani and Samet Misimi attended the inauguration of works closely. This day will remain in the memory of the ′′ Complex Planet ′′ elite neighborhood, which will be the first of this kind in Northern Macedonia.
In the first phase the road was opened and will continue to dig for construction land planning, to continue with the construction of the first 32 houses.
The works will be intense at this stage, so that we can have the first houses completed in spring. The houses will be built with high quality, modern and will provide a relaxing comfort with the panoramic view of the surrounding area.

Preparatory works in ′′ Complex Planet ′′ officially begins today, in the Municipality of Saraj, Skopje. Конечно да се изгради нешто планско после толку години. Од осамостојувањето па наваму, само никнуваа дебар маала и маџир маала со одвратни шесткатници... редно беше нешто вакво!
