Albanian architecture studio from Montenegro Ms-Projekt Bureau designed a residential complex for Skopje that won second place. It's large in size - 15000 m². I dont know what the winner would look like but i thought it was an interesting project.

thanx for the input Ols.... I frankly have no clue about this project, nor about such compatition. Do U know what's supposed to be the name of the complex? I'm aware of only one relatively large project where the investor is a Albanian businesman (Albanian from Skopje). It's a residential complex named "Prince", constructed in Cair. Construction started around years and something ago. I might even take pics of it tomorow as I'll probably go to service my car and the service center is in that neighbourhood.

it's pretty high too, some 14-15 stories. We haven't had such type of project for a long long time.

Looks good. Hopefully the winner really is even better.
But Ols I dont get it. What's Montenegro has to do with it if it's an Albanian studio? |

The studio operates regionally, in Montenegro and Kosovo as well. |

Actually the domes are the only thing I don't like about it... anyway it's good to have a decent highrise.

I just contacted the Montenegran studio which made this project and it seems this project was meant for Kazakstan. It was a technical error that it was listed under Skopje on their web site.
