I jas sakav istoto da go prasam. Sekojdnevno minuvam pored lokacijava nema nitu informativna tabla nitu pak nekakvi gradezni aktivnosti. Od juni do sredinata na septemvri pravea iskop no ne primetuvam deka sega nesto se raboti. Mozno e da e nekoja stanbena zgrada,obid za nekakov flatiron.

Кај описот на повеќето проекти стои U/C, што е кратенка за under construction, или преведено на нашки - во процес на изградба. Затоа и јас се чудам, ова е навистина голем зафат дури и за поголеми и далеку побогати градови од Братислава.

Овие проекти многу повеќе ми личат за градови со + 5 милиони жители. На кого ли ќе ги продаваат сите овие новоизградени објекти? Инаку, преубаво изгледа.
Кај нас слични проекти не би се вклопиле во околината со оглед на тоа што за време на Југославија се градеше воглавном грда архитектура адаптирана според вкусот на мнозинството граѓани. Плус, Братислава не пати од феноменот дивоградби и гета. |

Горе-доле сите градови низ бившите социјалистички држави имаат некои сличности, затоа што делеа исти политички систем, но Братислава е каде-каде поуреден и среден град од Скопје. Со оглед на тоа што Скопје половина град е неурбанизирано гето без никаков ред. |

Се демонтираат каруселите, еден ќе се носи во Ново Лисиче, другиот во Чаир
![]() Екипи од јавните претпријатија на Град Скопје ги демонтираат денеска вртелешките од Плоштад Македонија, кои ги постави поранешниот градоначалник Коце Трајановски. Каруселот и трите реквизите од плоштад треба да бидат дислоцирани со одлука на новиот градоначалник Петре Шилегов. ![]() Оваа одлука беше донесена првенствено по барање на велосипедистите со цел да им се остави поголем простор за движење. Според Град Скопје овие рекреативни елементи го блокираат движењето на пешаците и велосипедистите по кејот. Освен тоа ќе биде демонтиран и каруселот кој се наоѓа на кејот од другата страна на Вардар. Како и првиот, така и овој ќе биде дислоциран заедно со двата реквизити. Кај ќе ги сместат, навистина не знам...
_________________________ Три 60-катници ќе „никнат“ во центарот на Скопје Планираме да го зголемиме фондот на изградба на станови на Акционерското друштво за стопанисување со станбен и деловен простор (АДССДП), селектираме локации за комерцијални објекти на кои ќе се работи со вклучување на приватниот сектор како партнер, вели во интервју за МИА Кристијан Трајковски, директор на АДССДП. Со јавно приватно партнерство и во соработка со општините, истакнува, планираме да направиме хипер продукција. Еден од планираните проекти е за делот кој е урбанизиран на потегот кон касарната Илинден, кој, појаснува, со одлука на Влада би го презеле во рамки на нашата годишна програма за изградба. Таму би имало деловен комплекс со станбени единици. Исто така и кај паркингот кај Холидеј ин со ДУП-от се предвидени три 60-катници за кои сметам дека се идеална локација за современ бизнис центар, што му е потребен на Скопје, наведува Трајковски. Покрај отстранување на проблемите за изградба на зградата на ул. Букурешка во општина Карпош, за која има одобрение за изградба, АД се подготвува и за изградба на уште три локации, две во општина Аеродром, и една на Јужен булевар во Општина Центар, на потегот кон Кисела Вода. - Од двете локации во Аеродором, за едната веќе имаме одобрение, а за другата сме во постапка на добивање на одобрнието за градење. За третата планирана локација на Јужен булевар во Општина Центар на потегот кон Кисела Вода сме во фаза на препроектирање и кoга ќе биде готов проектот ќе се пристапи кон добивање одобрение за градење. Во Аеродром се две помали згради, а таа на Јужен булевар е значително поголема од над 10.000 метри квадратни. Работимe на повеќе локации во Општина Центар особено во делот на урбанистичкото планирање, но поради мораториумот што е во сила во општина Центар се уште немаме некоја јасна претстава како ќе се одвива целиот процес, вели Трајковски. Тој во интервјуто зборува и за наследените долгови и кредити во износ од 20 милиони евра, кои биле со високи каматни стапки, а кои успеале да ги намалат. Демант од градоначалникот на Општина Центар
----------------------------------- Нема да има облакодери кај „Холидеј ин“, ама колкави згради ќе има? Нема шанси да се градат три 60-катници на паркингот кај „Холидеј ин“, како што вели директорот на АД за стопанисување и изградба на станбен и деловен простор (АДСДП) Кристијан Трајковски, вели за Сакамдакажам.мк, градоначалникот на Општина Центар Саша Богдановиќ. Директорот Трајковски денеска во интервју за МИА рече дека со јавно-приватно партнерство планираат изградба на повеќе станбени и деловни објекти, меѓу кои и висококатниците. Според Богдановиќ, посочениот Детален урбанистички план во моментов како и останатите планови во Центар е под мораториум, и дека се вршат измени со кои ќе биде намалена катноста на објектите.
