По налог на Општина Центар, инвеститорот кој ја изгради градбата на улицата „8-ма Ударна Бригада“ (кај Италијанска амбасада), отпочна со активности за реконструирање на истата улица.
На површина од 1125 м2 инвеститорот ќе го замени стариот и дотраен коловоз и рабниците, а Општина Центар ќе постави нови безбедносни столпчиња, урбана опрема. На улицата веќе се засадени 5 нови дрвја од сортата Betula alba и 4 нови јапонски цреши.
Со реконструкцијата на улицата, општината продолжува со редовните активности за подобрување на инфраструктурата, а граѓаните добиваат нова, безбедна и современа сообраќајница.

не е толку лоша фасадата, колку што се лоши доградбите и поткровјето горе
плус, останува билдерското мислење дека за вакви ексклузивни локации не се вакви подпросечни објекти

Фасадата па дури и со подпопокровјето естетски не делува како трн во очи премногу, а дека е пропуштена шанса да биде нешто пубаво, е неспорно.

Објектов би го означил за завршен веќе нема никаква градежна активност,веројатно веќе се издаваат канцеларии

Распоред со квадратури на канцеларии,засега сеуште нема некое официјално отворање на објектов ниту па оглас за издавање на просторот чинам долго време ќе се мачат да најдат некој да закупи голем дел од зградава...некако многу порасна понудата на деловен простор последниов период само ИТ компании се одлучуваат да закупат нешто повеќе другото е скоро занемарливо
